- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken sausage until browned.
- Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Stir in dry orzo and toast for one minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, and seasonings.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer until orzo is tender.
- Stir in spinach until wilted, then add parmesan cheese and season to taste.
