Description
Chicken Parmesan Sliders made with tender chicken, marinara sauce, melted provolone and mozzarella, baked on soft Hawaiian rolls with a buttery garlic topping.

- 12 Kings Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound cooked chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves into a greased baking dish.
- Layer provolone cheese evenly over the bottom rolls.
- Add cooked chicken tenders, followed by marinara sauce, mozzarella slices, and chopped basil.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, salt, garlic, parsley, and parmesan cheese.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
Notes
- Use evenly sliced chicken for the best texture.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
- Reheat leftovers in the oven rather than the microwave.
