- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup additional Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan.
- Combine ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, seasonings, and milk in a large bowl.
- Mix gently until just combined without overmixing.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place on the prepared pan.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Melt butter with garlic, Parmesan, and parsley in a small saucepan.
- Brush the topping over the meatloaf and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
- Let the meatloaf rest before slicing to retain juices.
- Ground turkey can be substituted for chicken if desired.
