Description

Cherry Cheesecake Puppy Chow combines crunchy cereal, creamy cheesecake flavor, and sweet cherries into an easy dessert snack perfect for parties and holidays.


Ingredients

  • 9 cups Chex cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup cherry gelatin mix
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup dried cherries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine powdered sugar and cheesecake pudding mix in a zip-top bag.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips and butter in the microwave until smooth.
  5. Stir cherry gelatin mix into the melted chocolate mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture over the cereal and fold gently until coated.
  7. Transfer coated cereal into the zip-top bag and shake until evenly covered.
  8. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet and cool completely.
  9. Mix in chopped dried cherries before serving.
