Description

Cheesy Garlic Crescent Rolls combine buttery crescent dough with melted mozzarella cheese and garlic butter to create a quick savory side dish that bakes in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Place about one tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the tip to form crescent rolls.
  6. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet with the tip tucked underneath.
  7. Brush garlic butter over the top of each roll.
  8. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the rolls if desired.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  10. Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

  1. Do not overfill the dough with cheese to prevent leaking during baking.
  2. Freshly shredded mozzarella melts smoother than pre-shredded cheese.
  3. Brush extra garlic butter over the rolls after baking for additional flavor.
