Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded provolone or American cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice beef into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
  4. Add beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted into a creamy sauce.
  8. Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
  9. Drain tortellini and add them to the skillet.
  10. Toss everything together until pasta is fully coated.
  11. Adjust seasoning as needed and garnish with parsley.
  12. Serve warm.
