Instructions
- Slice beef into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
- Add beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted into a creamy sauce.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- Drain tortellini and add them to the skillet.
