Description

Warm baked peaches stuffed with creamy cheesecake filling and cozy cinnamon spice.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Place melted butter in one bowl and mix 1 tablespoon sugar, cinnamon, and clove in another bowl.
  3. Dip each peach half into melted butter then into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  4. Arrange peaches cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in remaining sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla.
  6. Fill each peach center with cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until peaches soften and tops turn lightly golden.
  8. Cool slightly before serving warm.

  2. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
