- 3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Place melted butter in one bowl and mix 1 tablespoon sugar, cinnamon, and clove in another bowl.
- Dip each peach half into melted butter then into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Arrange peaches cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in remaining sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla.
- Fill each peach center with cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until peaches soften and tops turn lightly golden.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
