32 oz frozen tater tots (keep frozen)
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
-
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
-
Season beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
-
Stir in cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, bacon, and milk until smooth.
-
Spread mixture evenly in prepared dish.
-
Add frozen tater tots and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring gently to coat.
-
Smooth the top and spread evenly.
-
Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
-
Serve hot.
Notes
Keep tater tots frozen for extra crispiness.
Sharp cheddar intensifies flavor.
Add jalapeños or hot sauce for heat.
Leftovers are great reheated—or topped with a fried egg for breakfast.
