Description
Cheeseburger Rollups combine seasoned garlic butter beef, melted cheddar and mozzarella, and soft tortillas baked until golden for a comforting and easy family dinner.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Optional sliced pickles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef until browned, about 7–8 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Lay tortillas flat and evenly spread beef mixture over each.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush generously with garlic butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Cool slightly, slice if desired, garnish with pickles, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use ground beef with 15–20% fat for best flavor.
- Do not overfill tortillas to prevent leaking.
- Freshly shredded cheese melts better than pre-packaged cheese.
- Let rollups rest before slicing for cleaner cuts.
