- Dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2.5 pounds peaches
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
- Extra salted caramel sauce for serving
Instructions
- Make the pie crust by pulsing flour, sugar, salt, and butter until crumbly.
- Add ice water until the dough comes together, then chill for 1 hour.
- Prepare the crumble topping with flour, sugars, cinnamon, salt, and butter.
- Peel and slice the peaches, then toss with cornstarch, cinnamon, and caramel sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Roll the dough into a pie dish and chill briefly.
- Fill the crust with the peach mixture.
- Top evenly with crumble topping.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 425°F.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 45-60 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.

- Use ripe but firm peaches for the best texture.
- Place a baking sheet under the pie dish to catch bubbling juices.
