Description

California Roll Salad combines crisp cucumber, imitation crab, creamy avocado, and sesame soy dressing for a fresh sushi-inspired dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 imitation crab sticks, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber into thin 1/8-inch rounds.
  2. Chop the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cube the avocado just before assembling.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, and soy sauce until smooth.
  5. Combine cucumber, crab, and avocado in a bowl.
  6. Add dressing and sesame seeds.
  7. Toss gently until evenly coated and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Salt cucumber slices and let drain for 15 minutes for extra crunch.
  2. Cut avocado just before serving to prevent browning.
