Instructions

- Add ice water one tablespoon at a time until dough forms large clumps.
- Transfer dough to a work surface and divide into two portions.
- Shape each portion into a disk and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Roll dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to a pie plate and shape edges.
- Bake according to your pie recipe or prebake if desired.
