Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add butter and blend with fingers or a pastry cutter until crumbly.

Stir in egg and milk until just combined. The dough will be sticky.

Gently fold in the blueberries without overmixing.
