Description

Buckeye Dip is a creamy no-bake dessert inspired by classic buckeye candy, blending peanut butter, cream cheese, and chocolate chips into a rich party-ready dip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar, brown sugar, flour, and vanilla until fully combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips with a wooden spoon.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  1. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  2. Substitute dark or milk chocolate chips if desired.
  3. Let the dip chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best consistency.
