Description

Soft bakery-style cookies filled with juicy blueberries and creamy white chocolate in every bite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  3. Add egg, vanilla, salt, and baking soda and mix well
  4. Gradually mix in flour until dough forms
  5. Add milk if dough is too dry
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips
  7. Gently fold in blueberries
  8. Scoop dough onto baking sheet spaced apart
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden
  10. Cool on rack before serving
