Creamy blueberry cream cheese bars with a buttery oat crumble baked on the bottom and top.

- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/3 cups quick oats
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- Mix butter, sugars, baking soda, salt, flour, and oats until crumbly.
- Press half the mixture into the pan and bake for 13 minutes.
- Whisk cream cheese until smooth and slowly add condensed milk, vanilla, and egg yolk.
- Spread filling over baked base and top with blueberries.
- Sprinkle remaining crumble on top and press lightly.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool completely before slicing and refrigerate.
