Description

Creamy blueberry cream cheese bars with a buttery oat crumble baked on the bottom and top.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 cups quick oats
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  2. Mix butter, sugars, baking soda, salt, flour, and oats until crumbly.
  3. Press half the mixture into the pan and bake for 13 minutes.
  4. Whisk cream cheese until smooth and slowly add condensed milk, vanilla, and egg yolk.
  5. Spread filling over baked base and top with blueberries.
  6. Sprinkle remaining crumble on top and press lightly.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Cool completely before slicing and refrigerate.
