Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 oz white chocolate
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 2.5 oz cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3–4 tablespoons blueberry jam
Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate and blueberries.
- Chill dough for 2 hours.
- Prepare filling with cream cheese mixture.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Fill cookie dough with cream cheese and jam.
- Roll into balls and freeze briefly.
- Bake 16-18 minutes and cool.

- Do not overmix the dough.
- Chill dough properly.
- Use fresh blueberries for best results.
