Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup bell peppers, finely diced (red, yellow, green)

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

10 small flour tortillas (fajita size)

Cooking spray or melted butter (for brushing)

Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa (for dipping)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with taco seasoning, diced bell peppers, red onion, cheese, and cilantro. Mix well.

Cut each tortilla in half.

Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling on each half and fold into a triangle (fold in half, then fold again into a cone shape).

Arrange the folded tortilla triangles in a circular pattern on the baking sheet, overlapping slightly and building a second layer if needed, to form a blooming ring.
