A McDonald’s knock-off recipe for a Big Mac in slider form. that is a huge crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
¼ white onion, very finely diced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¾ cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoon dill pickle relish
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
6 slider buns
1 tablespoon butter
sesame seeds
Shredded lettuce
sliced pickles
American cheese slices
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×9 baking dish.
2. Combine beef and diced onion. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Press mixture into baking dish.
4. Bake 10–15 minutes until cooked through. Remove excess grease.
5. Mix all sauce ingredients.
6. Place slider buns on a baking sheet.
7. Spread sauce on each bottom bun.
8. Add lettuce, beef, and pickles.
9. Top with cheese slices and slider bun tops.
10. Brush tops with butter and sprinkle sesame seeds.
11. Bake 5–10 minutes until cheese melts.
12. Slice and serve with extra sauce.
Notes
You can prep the beef mixture ahead of time.
You can make the sauce ahead of time and refrigerate.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2–3 days.
Double the recipe easily by using a 9×13 pan.
