Description

5 Ingredient Beef Enchiladas made with ground beef, tortillas, salsa, cheese, and rich enchilada sauce for a simple and comforting meal.


Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 cup chunky salsa

1 (10-ounce) can red enchilada sauce

8 (8-inch) tortillas

1 (8-ounce) package shredded Mexican cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 dish.

2. Brown the ground beef and drain.

3. Stir in salsa and heat.

4. Pour half the enchilada sauce into dish.

5. Warm tortillas.

6. Fill each with beef and cheese, then roll.

7. Place seam-side down and cover with remaining sauce and cheese.

8. Cover with foil and bake 30–35 minutes.

Notes

Use flour or corn tortillas.

Add beans or onions for extra texture.
