Description
Soft Hawaiian rolls filled with shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, red onion, and melted cheese, baked until warm and gooey.

- 12 slider rolls
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
- Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Spread chicken on bottom rolls, add onion and cheese, then place top rolls on.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Cover with foil and bake 12 minutes, uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Reheat covered in a 350°F oven until warmed through.
