Bang Bang Chicken Sliders combine crispy, golden fried chicken with melty mozzarella and a spicy-sweet bang bang sauce, all tucked inside soft slider rolls. Ingredients
For the Chicken:

1½ lbs thin-sliced chicken breasts

1 cup buttermilk

1 tbsp hot sauce

1 large egg

2 cups panko bread crumbs

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

Instructions

Season Chicken: Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Prep Breading Station:

Bowl 1: Mix flour + cornstarch

Bowl 2: Buttermilk, hot sauce, egg

Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs

Bread the Chicken: Dredge chicken in flour mix, dip in buttermilk mixture, then coat in panko. Press crumbs to adhere well.

Fry: Heat oil over medium. Fry chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F). Drain on paper towels.

Make Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and sugar until smooth.

Notes
Press panko crumbs well for crispier texture.
Chicken can be baked at 400°F for ~20 minutes on a rack if preferred.
Add cayenne to flour for more heat.
Keep sliders warm in a 200°F oven for party serving.
