- wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning
- Place cubed chicken in a large bowl and add olive oil paprika garlic powder salt and black pepper then toss to coat evenly
- Thread four to five chicken cubes onto each skewer
- In a bowl mix mayonnaise Thai sweet chili sauce Sriracha and honey until smooth to create the bang bang sauce
- Reserve half of the sauce in a separate bowl for serving later
- Brush the remaining sauce evenly over the chicken skewers
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer
- Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 11 to 12 minutes flipping halfway through
- Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit
- Transfer skewers to a plate and drizzle with the reserved bang bang sauce before serving
