Description

Crispy baked zucchini chips coated with Parmesan cheese and seasonings. A low-carb snack that is easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds (45 mm thick)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly grease one or two rimmed baking sheets.
  3. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Add zucchini slices and toss to coat.
  5. Arrange zucchini in a single layer on baking sheets.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the slices.
  7. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  1. For crispier chips, salt zucchini slices and let them sit for 15 to 20 minutes before baking.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  3. Reheat at 250°F for a few minutes to restore crispness.
  4. Can be made in an air fryer at 360°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
