Description

- 2 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds (4–5 mm thick)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Lightly grease one or two rimmed baking sheets.
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add zucchini slices and toss to coat.
- Arrange zucchini in a single layer on baking sheets.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the slices.
- Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For crispier chips, salt zucchini slices and let them sit for 15 to 20 minutes before baking.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat at 250°F for a few minutes to restore crispness.
- Can be made in an air fryer at 360°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
