Description

These Baby Back Ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender, juicy, and smothered in your favorite BBQ sauce—all made effortlessly in the oven. No grill required, just flavor-packed comfort food.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 900 g pork baby back ribs (2 pounds)

  • Aluminum foil

  • Non-stick cooking spray

  • 510 g barbecue sauce (1 bottle, 18 oz)

Instructions

  1. Cut the Rack: Slice the rack of baby back ribs into 4 equal portions.

  2. Wrap in Foil: Tear 4 sheets of aluminum foil and spray each with non-stick cooking spray. Brush ribs generously with BBQ sauce, then wrap each portion tightly in foil.

  3. Refrigerate: Place foil-wrapped ribs in a dish or on a tray and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Bake foil-wrapped ribs on a baking sheet for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

  5. Unwrap & Serve: Carefully unwrap ribs, brush with additional sauce if desired, and serve hot. For a sticky finish, broil for 3–5 minutes.

Notes

Make it saucy: Add more sauce before serving or broiling for a glaze.

Meal prep-friendly: Ribs can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before baking.

Use your favorite BBQ sauce to match your flavor preference—smoky, spicy, or sweet.

Reheat leftovers in foil at 300°F for 15–20 minutes or microwave in intervals.

Freeze cooked ribs for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight before reheating.
