- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 package softened cream cheese
- ½ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate.
- Whisk flour, pudding mix, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
- Add milk, butter, and egg, then beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
- Spread crust mixture evenly into the prepared pie plate.
- Drain peaches and reserve 3 tablespoons syrup.
- Mix cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar together in a small bowl.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy, then add remaining sugar and reserved syrup.
- Arrange peaches evenly over the crust mixture.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture over peaches while leaving a 1-inch edge uncovered.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 20 minutes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
