Description

A creamy Apple Salad made with crisp apples, grapes, pecans, and dried cranberries tossed in a lightly sweet dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large Honeycrisp apples, cubed
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Toss the cubed apples with the lemon juice.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise and brown sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Add the apples, celery, grapes, pecans, and cranberries.
  4. Stir gently until everything is coated.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
