Description
This American Flag Fruit Pizza features a soft sugar cookie crust topped with fluffy cream cheese frosting and fresh berries arranged in a patriotic flag design.
Ingredients

- 1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough (16.5 ounces)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
- 12 ounces fresh raspberries
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- Nonstick spray or light oil for the pan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Slice cookie dough into thin pieces and press evenly into the pan.
- Bake for 11 to 12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool the crust completely.
- Wash and dry raspberries and blueberries.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in half the whipped topping and fold in the remaining topping.
- Spread slightly less than half the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Arrange blueberries in the upper left corner for the flag design.
- Place raspberries in horizontal rows to form red stripes.
- Pipe or spread remaining cream cheese mixture between raspberry rows.
- Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
- Do not overbake the crust.
- Cool the crust completely before decorating.
- Pat berries dry before adding them to the pizza.
- Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
