Description

The Aloha Tropical Smoothie is a vibrant, refreshing drink that captures the flavors of paradise in every sip. With pineapple, strawberries, banana, and creamy vanilla Greek yogurt, it’s a quick, energizing smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast, snack time, or anytime you crave a taste of the tropics.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed

  • 1 cup strawberries, quartered (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 banana, sliced (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt (or coconut cream)

  • 1½ cups ice (adjust if using frozen fruit)

  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice, apple juice, coconut water, orange juice, or mango nectar

Optional Add-ins

  • Baby spinach

  • Protein powder

  • Chia seeds

  • Nutritional yeast

  • Collagen

  • Fiber supplements

Instructions

  • Add pineapple, strawberries, banana, yogurt, and ice into a blender.

  • Pour in the juice or liquid of choice.

  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Scrape sides as needed.

  • Adjust thickness with more juice (thinner) or ice (thicker).

  • Serve immediately in chilled glasses. Garnish with fruit if desired.

Notes

Frozen fruit works well and helps keep the smoothie cold without extra ice.

Add spinach or chia for nutrition without changing the flavor.

Turn it into a meal by adding protein powder or oats.

Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours or frozen in ice cube trays.
