Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 large egg
  • Everything seasoning or seasoning of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt into a sticky dough.
  3. Knead dough lightly on a floured surface and divide into six equal pieces.
  4. Shape each piece into a bagel and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush with egg wash, add seasoning, and bake until golden.
  6. Cool on a rack for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  1. Use fine blanched almond flour for best texture.
  2. Add extra flour if dough is too sticky.
