Description

These No-Bake Granola Bars are quick, healthy, and endlessly customizable with flavors like peanut butter chocolate, mango coconut, and cinnamon raisin. Made with oats, nut butter, and natural sweeteners, they’re perfect for snacks, lunchboxes, or anytime munching—no oven required!

Base Recipe:

  • 250 g (2 ½ cups) old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 120 ml (½ cup) Rice Krispies

  • 120 ml (½ cup) nut or seed butter (optional)

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) honey or maple syrup

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) melted butter or coconut oil

  • 50 g (¼ cup) brown sugar or coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp (1 g) salt

Flavor Mix-ins (choose one or mix & match):

  • Tropical Mango: ½ cup chopped dried mango, ½ cup shredded coconut

  • Peanut Butter Chocolate: ½ cup M&Ms, ¼ cup mini chocolate chips, ½ cup peanut butter

  • S’mores: ¼ cup chocolate chips, ¼ cup crushed graham crackers, ¼ cup mini marshmallows

  • Cinnamon Raisin: ¼ cup raisins, ½ tsp cinnamon, ½ cup shredded coconut

  • Double Chocolate: ¼ cup white chocolate chips, ¼ cup semi-sweet chips, 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • Blueberry Coconut: ½ cup dried blueberries, ½ cup shredded coconut

  • Pretzels and Chocolate: ¼ cup crushed pretzels, ¼ cup mini chocolate chips, ½ cup nut butter

  • Cereal Mix: ¼ cup each of crumbled Shreddies, Bran Flakes, Cheerios

  • Birthday Cake: ½ cup rainbow sprinkles

  • Triple Seed: 1–2 tbsp chia seeds, ¼ cup sunflower seeds, ¼ cup pumpkin seeds


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat melted butter or coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, sugar, vanilla, and nut butter (if using). Stir until smooth.

  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, Rice Krispies, and salt.

  3. Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and stir. Let cool slightly.

  4. Stir in your chosen mix-ins.

  5. Press firmly into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan.

  6. Chill for at least 2 hours. Slice and enjoy.
