- 2 cans tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Drain the tuna thoroughly and place it in a large bowl.
- Add cottage cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, and seasonings.
- Mix until fully combined and the mixture holds together.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Form the mixture into patties and place them in the skillet.
- Cook about 4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

- Leftovers reheat best in a skillet over low heat.
