For the Filling:
- 4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
- 4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Prepare the Dough:
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add melted butter, egg, flour, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5–7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Make the Filling:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Toss diced strawberries with cornstarch to prevent excess moisture.

Assemble the Rolls:
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle (about 12×18 inches).
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, then sprinkle the strawberries evenly on top.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 10–12 rolls.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

- Whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
